Submit a Return Request
Contact our technical support team at support@monportlaser.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific warehouse shipping address for your electronics.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the laser engraver in its original industrial crates with all original components, manuals, and software to prevent damage during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Upon receipt, our technicians will inspect the unit for any signs of use or damage; once verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
